What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, city, postal code, and any notes you add to your order. If you create an account, we store your order history so you can view it later.
What we don't collect
We don't process online payments — orders are cash on delivery or paid in person on pickup, so we never see or store card details. We also don't run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies & local storage
This site doesn't set tracking cookies. Your shopping cart and any saved account details are stored locally in your browser (using localStorage), not on our servers, and never leave your device unless you complete checkout. Clearing your browser data will clear your cart.
How we use your information
We use your details solely to fulfill and deliver your order, send order confirmation emails, and contact you about that order if needed. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where your data is stored
Order and account data is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. Order confirmation emails are sent through our email provider, Resend. Both process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at privacy@zadelreemlb.shop.
