Questions
When will my order arrive?
We contact you after placing the order to agree on a delivery time — usually within 1–3 days. Pickup is available any time we confirm by message.
How does cash on delivery work?
You pay in cash when we hand over your order — at the door for delivery, or at pickup. No card, no online payment. If you're not happy with what you receive, just tell us.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to addresses within roughly 20 km of our kitchen. If you're unsure whether you're in range, place an order and add a note — we'll confirm before we set out.
Can I pick a specific delivery time?
Yes. Add a preferred window in the order notes (e.g. 'after 5pm' or 'weekends only') and we'll do our best to match it. We'll confirm by phone or message.
What if I'm not home?
We'll call ahead. If we can't reach you, we'll arrange a new time. We don't leave orders unattended.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before we've set out for delivery. Just call or message us — your order details include our contact number.
